Also known as aluminum chloride hydroxide chloride, abbreviated as PAC, poly aluminum chloride is a yellow, water-soluble solid with the chemical formula [Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m. The chemical is available as 28% polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) and 30% polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC).
